 Ey dudes! Ever tried airsoft and then surfing the waves after the game? If not, heres your chance...
Our comrades at none other than the airsofters from the "Surfing Capital" of Baler, Aurora the Aurora Airsoft Team will show us the way.Presenting: OPERATION: SURF DAGGER
A Fellowship Wargame for a Cause in the North ShoresThis 2 day fellowship in the north event will be held on January 27-28, 2007 (Sat. and Sun.) in the beachfronts of Aurora, Baler. For the benefit of the: Provincial Federation of Persons with Disability of Aurora. Itineraries will be as follows: Jan. 27,07 (Sat)9am- Guests arrival and check in at Bays Inn Beach Hotel beside the beach. (Bays Inn Hotel offers 1st class amenities such as airconditioned rooms, cable tv and tiolet and bath per room.) 11am- Welcoming Lunch to all the registered participants. 1:30-7:30pm- Multiple scenario games at none other than the privately owned Angara Farms. which features a built up fire base structures and bunkers surrounded by hectares of coconut plantation. 7:30pm- Fellowship Dinner "Buffet" at the Angara Farms Game site. 10:30pm-Back to hotel. Players may have an option of visiting Aurora's Night spot destinations or simply lounge by the beach.
Jan.28, 07- Sunday8am- Game Day 2, multiple war scenarios which will be played beside the beach front, this time in lush garden forest beside the beach. 12noon-Back to Hotel for Fellowship "Buffet Lunch". Intorduction and presenting of proceeds to the beneficiaries 1pm- Players may enjoy sun, surfing and sand upto the whole afternoon. 4-5pm- Departure back to Manila -------------------------------------------------------------------- Game Fee: P550/ Head - Includes donations to the beneficiaries - 1 Welcoming lunch meal - 1 Lunch Buffet - 1 Diner Buffet Prepared by the Bays Inn Hotel Chefs. Hotel Fee: P250/ Head overnight sharing 4 pax/ room -Bays Inn Hotel offers 1st class amenities such as airconditioned rooms, cable tv and 1 tiolet and bath per room. Regarding your questions of travel safet y toward the event. We shall furnish you a copy of the Aurora Game permit and details. this shall be furnished by Office of the Governor of Aurora as well as the Department of Tourism (DOT)which shall oversee the event.
Being an event for a Cause as well as the Promotion of the beautiful surf province of Aurora, the region in cooperation with the DOT is and will be in full support during the duration of the 2 day event. From shuttling of participants which were given the privilege of "Privately Chartered Bus Services" to the use of "Privately owned Angara Farms". All of which promotes the safety and security of the tourists and participants.
The letter signed by the above mentioned respective offices will be scanned and posted on this thread for those participants who would want to join and are comng in from other provinces as well as for those who decide to use privately owned vehicles to and from the event. This signed letter may be printed out to be used for travel purposes. Hence, for better convenience, it is greatly encouraged to ride the specially chartered private bus offered for this event.
Rest assured, we are continiuosly doing everything we can to make this event as safe, hassle free and convenient as we can in order to facilitate this game for the benefit of our Less Fortunate bros in Aurora, Baler.
We hope to see you all and lets all participate in the this exciting out of town Airsoft Beach Event for a Cause...

due to the imposed comelec's decision on the gun ban, the organizers, Team SOE and Aurora Airsoft Team, have decided to move the OP: Surf Dagger fellowship event to a more convenient time and date for the safety and security of all airsoft players.
we hope that you continue to support this event for a cause amidst the short notice of the event's cancellation. We continue to plan the event at a more opportune time for our beneficiary, the Provincial Federation of Persons with Disability of Aurora, to recognize the generosity of the whole airsoft community.
Until then, surf's up soon!
